“This book is a breath of fresh air compared to the standard weight loss books that are full of do’s and don’ts. Just started reading and I love the way it makes you look at your lifestyle and what is required to make a change personally.

No diet sheets to follow laboriously, just lots of serious and practical information on healthy and nutritious eating. I feel I can now determine what I need to do personally to achieve the results I want.
