For this workout you can use weights.   The weights are done working  one arm at a time.

The selection of weight is dependant upon how strong you are, but ensure that each arm uses the same weight otherwise you will cause muscles imbalances.   I would suggest an initial weight selection from 1 – 3 kg.  If you do not have weights then fill up a water bottle and use that.
