This is a 10 minute Warm Up.Gently raising your heart rate in preparation of a workout.

BODYBLAST WORKOUT 1 – You need to warm up first
If you are short of time these BODYBLAST workouts will give you maximum results in the minimum time.
This is a 15 minute workout which will target your legs, butt, shoulders, arms, back and chest.
It is a low impact workout but keeps the heart rate up so that you are fat burning as well.
The second half of the workout uses weights, which if you do not have any, you can improvise using bottles of water !!.
