When Exercise Training at Home, it is important that you move correctly, so that there is less likelihood of injury.   When trying out a new move, or a progression, watch the video first listening to all the relevant information before attempting it.

TRICEP DIP AND TRICEP PRESS UP

Please note for the tricep press up, the hands are directly under the shoulders so are much narrower than for a traditional chest press up.
